Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NKSHAH, a mobile application (the “App”) and webpage www.nkshah.co.in provided by M/s N. K. SHAH (“we”, “us” or “our”), a Mumbai registered company. Before using the App, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By downloading, installing or using the App or webpage, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the M/s N. K. SHAH Android App or webpage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms presented to you in connection with your use of the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M/s N. K. SHAH.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

3. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, M/s N. K. SHAH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the App.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use and disclose information about you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the App.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.
  • Engaging in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the App.

7. Termination

M/s N. K. SHAH reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. M/s N. K. SHAH does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M/s N. K. SHAH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
